Q: Do I need to be licensed to join? A: Mentors must be licensed unless their craft does not require a license in which case they would have 3+ years of experience. Mentees can be students, apprentices, new-to-industry and of course seasoned industry professionals are welcomed. The learning never ends.

Q: Is this virtual or in person? A: Both! Many mentors offer virtual coaching, and some offer shadowing in their local area. You get to choose what works best for you.

Q: How do I get paid? A: Mentors set their own rates and are paid securely through our platform using Stripe payments.

Q: What’s the application process like? A: Mentors apply with a short profile and meet with the team. Mentees can sign up and book instantly.

Q: Can I be both a mentor and mentee? A: Absolutely. Most Beauty Pros are both — we’re always learning.
